Up Close and Personal

This is the 1989 Hyndai Excel I used to drive. It used to be my parents' car, and later became mine. It got into bad shape, so I donated it to charity.

This is the family dog Ting (pronounced Ding). He's a black mixed Labrador. A bit spoiled at times, but still a pretty good dog.

This is the grocery store my uncle used to own. Now it's owned by someone else and turned into a 24-hour deli.

This is the two dozen roses that my boyfriend once bought me. Aren't they just beautiful?

This is my parents' wedding picture. It's the photo that I used for inspiration in writing the poem "The Portrait". The beauty of my parents still brings tears to my eyes.

Now that we live in CA, we have our own little place to call home. This is a picture of our living room.
