(2) I authorize Jonathan Sacks to charge my credit card for 25% of the total rental charge of a Condominium on Pico Mountain at Killington. I understand that this deposit is non-refundable and will be forfeited if the balance due is not paid 2 weeks prior to my arrival date (Charge will appear on your bill from E&B Giftware, Yonkers, NY).
