Sunday, April 28. The Rally against French antisemitism - "Shame on France" The mass gathering at 444 Madison Avenue to say "Shame on France". (12 pictures) and call for a boycott on travel to France as well as French made products. The protest ends with a march to the Israeli Consulate (42nd Street & 2nd Avenue) where the group shows solidarity with the State of Israel. A number of organizations are sponsoring this gathering coordinated by Americans for Israel's Survival. Speakers included Ronn Torrosian, head of Americans for Israel's Survival, and activist Rabbi Avi Weiss, chief of the Coalition for Jewish Concerns.
