Since you are one of those who suscribe to Clinton's doctrine of going to war against other countries for humanitarian reasons, let me ask you the following question: When is Clinton going to attack Sri Lanka given the fact that the situation of the Tamil minority there is similar to that of the Albanians in Yugoslavia?

Your point is well taken.  Now that Kosovo seems pacified, I would certainly favor UN intervention in the Tamil situation, which I have been following for some time.
