A Short Course in Business Plan Writing

If this is your first time to write a business plan, don't be overwhelmed!  It's quite comprehensive, and you are going to have to do a lot of hard work and digging.  And it's stressful and overwhelming, because you won't easily have the answers.  You will have to discuss rationally a lot of things that you know intuitively you will do once you need to. Writing a business plan is one of the most difficult things that entrepreneurs have to do, because it challenges you in areas where you have little or no knowledge or experience--and the success of getting funding may depend upon how well you do.  So if you don't have answers, or at least, not good answers, to many of the points here, just keep researching and digging and trying to find those things that are most important for the success of your business.   You won't be able to do this over one weekend.  Realistically, it will take you a minimum of two weeks, and probably more like a month to get all the information together and ready to write.  Just chip away, little by little.  It will come.
