 Legal/Accounting Web

Introduction to the Legal/Accounting Web

The past decade has brought dramatic changes in how lawyers and accountants see their work, their clients, and even themselves and their roles.  Is your firm surviving or thriving? Is there method and purpose to the way you develop your practice?  Do you have the sense that some of your partners only give lip service to marketing, sales and practice development techniques vital to  compete for clients today?

Bookmark this site!  It's has a wealth of information that will help you manage and grow your practice, whether you are a large multinational or a sole practitioner.  I surf regularly for new and interesting articles, links and resources to help accountants and attorneys.  Visit often, and you'll save yourself a lot of valuable time and effort.

Each week you will find some sites to check and a new feature article on a specific aspect of managing or marketing a professional services firm.  I drill down into the deep resources of the Internet to identify those individual articles and commentaries that will be of genuine value to accountants and lawyers.  Take a look at some features I've already developed and the extensive library of categorized links that will save you a tremendous amount of searching.   You can also enjoy audio interviews with attorneys, regulators, accountants, and others important to the professions.

Why don't you drop me a note to let me know of any good resources you've found on the web or any topics you'd like me to cover? I welcome your comments and suggestions.  Come again soon.
